Jocelyne Cossar is a bilingual senior Human Resources generalist with over 20 years of multi-industry experience driving long-term human resources strategies and change management. She has led Human Resources improvement initiatives as Vice President of Human Resources in high profile organization such as Federal Express, Energizer Battery, Ryder Transportation/Logistics, Bell Mobility, Oceanex and others.

With expertise in all aspects of Human Resources and Business Management processes and programs, Jocelyne's domestic and international experience includes such industries as Service, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Telecommunications, Transportation/Logistics, and Distribution.

Jocelyne brings valuable strategic insight and tactical knowledge to Gradient Solutions clients on key Human Resources areas, including:

1. The development and execution of human resources strategies as well as talent management, leadership development and employee engagement

2. The development and implementation of performance management and succession planning systems

3. The development of recruitment and retention programs

4. Design and development of traditional and alternative total reward systems and broad based variable pay programs

5. Change management initiatives and processes in support of strategic organizational objectives as well as advising on operational effectiveness, domestic and international

6. Development of vision and mission statements, corporate values and facilitated the development of strategic business plans by conducting SWOT analysis

As well as holding a Bachelors degree from the University of Toronto and CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation, Jocelyne is a member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agrees du Quebec (CRHA) and serves on the Board of Directors of Halton Region Condominium Association.

Augmenter sa productivité de 20 %. Voilà l'objectif que s'est donnée le cabinet de courtage en assurances Groupe Lyras pour contrer la concurrence des assureurs directs et pour palier ses difficultés de recruter du personnel.

La direction a constaté que son modèle d'entreprise ne tenait plus la route.

Le cabinet de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, qui compte 12 succursales, a confié ce mandat à la petite société-conseil MTE Melior.

"Nous avons promis à nos courtiers qu'ils travailleraient moins et qu'ils seraient mieux rémunérés", dit Marie-France Lyras, vice-présidente, affaires corporatives, de Lyras.

Denis Pinet, associé principal de MTE Melior, a eu recours à deux stratégies : lean office, la version services de la production allégée (lean manufacturing), aussi appelée production à valeur ajoutée (PVA), et Six Sigma, inventée par Motorola et popularisée par General Electric.
